About the pricing
What people ask first
Do you charge for a quote on a new system?
No. Replacement quotes are free and include a load calculation and a duct check. The $89 fee only covers diagnosing a system that is already broken, and it comes off the bill if you go ahead with the repair.
How fast can you get here in an emergency?
We answer the phone 24 hours a day and aim to reach an emergency the same day. In the middle of a July heatwave that can slip, which is exactly why Comfort Plan members get priority.
Which brands do you work on?
We install Lennox as a Premier Dealer, but we repair every major brand — Carrier, Trane, Goodman, Rheem, American Standard and the rest. A system we did not fit is still a system we will service.
Do you cover outside Amarillo?
Yes. Canyon, Bushland, Lake Tanglewood, Timbercreek and Claude are regular territory, and we travel further for larger jobs. Call and ask.
